This policy explains what montgomerycountylandservices.com collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not to be skipped.

When you fill in the quote form, we collect what you type into it: your name, a phone number, an email address if you choose to give one, the location of your property, its acreage, what is growing on it, what you plan to do with it, your timeline, and any access notes you add.
We ask for that detail for one reason: so the first conversation is about your property rather than about what we still need to know.
When you visit the site, our host records standard technical information — IP address, browser type, the pages you looked at and when. This is ordinary web server logging and we do not use it to identify you.
We do not collect payment information. We never ask for a Social Security number, a bank account, or a card number, and you should be suspicious of any contractor who asks for those before work is agreed.
What we do with it
Quote form details are used to price and schedule your job. They are passed to the crew that will carry out the work so they can prepare a quote and contact you.
We do not sell your information to marketing lists, and we do not pass it to multiple contractors so that several of them call you.
Who else sees it
- The contractor who will perform the work
- Our web host, which stores the site and its data
- Our form software, which records submissions
Each of these sees your information only to provide that service.
We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Quote submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for the job and for our records — normally no more than two years from your last contact. Server logs are kept for a shorter period by our host.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will unless we are required to keep it. You can ask what we hold about you. Use the quote form and say what you want; you do not have to explain why.
If you gave an email address and receive something you did not ask for, tell us and it stops.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that keep it working — remembering form progress, and caching pages so they load quickly. We do not run advertising trackers.
Your browser can block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may work less well if you do.
Children
This site is for property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
